Du kan se, ændre eller annullere din tid online, hvis noget kommer i vejen.Du kan også ringe til klinikken - tager vi ikke telefonen er du velkommen lægge en SMS . Vi accepterer afbud på SMS eller telefonsvareren, så længe det sker 24 timer inden din behandling (vi aflytter også om søndagen).
Overholdes afmeldingsfristen på 24 timer ikke, afregnes 50 % af behandlingens pris. Udebliver du eller melder afbud 6 timer inden din behandling, betales behandlingens fulde beløb, da chancen for at genbooke tiden er meget lille.

You can view, change, or cancel your booking online if something comes up. Alternatively, you can call the clinic—if I am unable to answer, you are welcome to send an SMS. I accept cancellations via SMS or voicemail as long as they are made at least 24 hours before your appointment (I also check messages on Saturdays and Sundays).
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price. For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment or if you do not show up, the full treatment price will be charged, as there is not enough time to offer the slot to someone else.
